The journey of psychotherapy

Early on I will help you think through what you want help with, so you can find out if my approach makes sense for the issues you are finding difficult in your life or areas you would like to change. The experience of the first few sessions should also give you an idea of how we can work together and what is expected of you and what you can expect of me.

Depending on your needs I offer long-term and short-term work, usually weekly or twice weekly. We will find out together if you want to focus more on body work - for instance Biodynamic massage - or to connect with sharing your narrative. Each person has their very own therapeutic process that spans a wide range of feelings and insights.

The process of ending therapy can feel like a big loss and it is also an achievement - when you have learned how to understand yourself better and are able to be alive in a more confident, embodied and connected way.
